Please read the following Terms & Conditions before proceeding with our muamalah at dukkanmaya.com :

1- As a customer, you are obliged to fill in correct details required in order to ensure a smooth process.

2- The total amount displayed on screen does not include the actual delivery cost. The delivery cost is subject to the number of item(s) purchased. You may refer to delivery cost estimation sheet here. 

3- Payment is to be made ONLY when the final total amount (product price + delivery cost) is given via whatsapp.

4- Your order will be processed upon confirming that payment has been received accordingly.

5- In case of faulty or defective products, customers are required to provide us reliable proof such as photo or video in order to quaify for complete refund.
